The parties may agree on an incorporated joint venture, enter a formal partnership, incorporate a company or limited partnership to undertake the joint venture business.
This webinar will consider common structures for undertaking multi-party ventures. It will explore the pros and cons of each option and how that taxation law applies to that structure and the parties to that venture.
