Drafting a Company Constitution and/or a Shareholder Agreement is certainly a tricky task. But getting it right for the Client is crucially fundamental to the on-going operation of their business.

Deciphering client instructions, tailoring optional and presumptive provisions that align between these two documents and keeping your sanity, may at first seem impossible! This Webinar aims to provide you with helpful tips and tricks in the drafting process. We will consider things to think about when drafting:

  • both the Shareholders Agreement and the Company Constitution;
  • a Shareholders Agreement that works alongside a pre-existing Company Constitution; or
  • a Company Constitution that works alongside a pre-existing Shareholders Agreement.
