The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and the Incorporated Societies Regulations 2023 have now come into force, and give existing incorporated societies 2 ½ years (from 5 October 2023 to 5 April 2026) to reregister under the new legislation if they wish to retain the benefits of incorporation.
This webinar will look at what incorporated societies need to know before they can reregister, how to reregister, and how the new legislation will work after they have reregistered.
The webinar is intended to be suitable for those involved with incorporated societies, at whatever level, advanced or otherwise.
It is intended to give both a theoretical overview as well as sufficient detail to be practical.
Practitioners from both small and large firms should attend.
29 November 2023
