Mark heads the transfer pricing group at EY, based in Auckland. He has 24 years international tax/transfer pricing experience across a broad range of clients and industries. His clients are a mix of foreign owned and New Zealand parented multinational companies. Mark has co-authored the CCH book "Transfer Pricing: A Practical Guide for New Zealand Businesses".

Una Diver, Partner, Tax – Human Capital, EY

Una is a Partner in the Talent and Reward team within EY’s Human Capital practice. Una focuses on cost-effective, pragmatic, commercially-focused advice that is tailored to client needs, and has extensive experience in linking remuneration structures to business strategies and stakeholder priorities.

Prior to joining EY, Una was a Founder and Director of dsd Consulting, a specialist remuneration and reward consulting business. She has worked in remuneration and reward consulting for over 15 years, covering all aspects from the boardroom to the shop floor. Una's experience includes the development of reward strategy for several of New Zealand's largest organisations, STI and LTI design and the provision of executive and director remuneration advice. She is regarded as one of the pre-eminent remuneration consultants in New Zealand.
