Kate Brady is the Senior Manager of the Findex New Zealand Payroll Solutions team, where she leads a national team delivering managed payroll services and advisory support to an array of businesses across a wide range of industries.
With more than 20 years’ experience in senior Human Resources and business management roles, Kate brings deep practical expertise in payroll operations and compliance.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, as well as being an Associate of Trinity College London in Speech and Drama, which further supports her ability to present on complex topics.
Through her work with employers and organisations across New Zealand, Kate provides practical guidance on payroll legislation, systems, and best practice, helping businesses navigate an increasingly complex payroll landscape with confidence.
