Learn how to embrace change with confidence, curiosity, and creativity to turn uncertainty into opportunity
“In professional practice today, the ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and adaptability is just as important as technical expertise.”
This two-part series equips leaders with the essential human and practical skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving workplace - blending insight, reflection, and hands-on application to strengthen leadership capability across teams and organisations.
Part One explores what it means to lead in an environment where the pace of change continues to accelerate, and where the skills that made leaders successful yesterday may not be those needed tomorrow. Participants will examine the capabilities required to stay future-focused - developing the confidence to lead through ambiguity, the curiosity to learn (and unlearn) as conditions shift, and the creativity to navigate emerging challenges with clarity and purpose.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
It is expected that participants will achieve the following learning outcomes from the webinar:
- Demonstrate confidence in leadership - apply self-awareness, presence, and professional judgement to build trust and credibility when leading individuals and teams through uncertainty and change.
- Cultivate curiosity and continuous learning - use questioning, reflection, and exploration to identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and capability development in a rapidly evolving workplace.
- Apply creative and critical thinking - combine adaptive problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making to address complex leadership challenges and future-focused issues.
- Plan and communicate change effectively - develop and implement structured approaches to planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement that foster clarity and commitment during periods of transition.
- Navigate change with empathy and resilience - anticipate and manage risks, supporting teams to stay connected, confident, and capable through the process of change.
