Description

This session is a summary of reporting requirements for companies and trusts at the time the annual accounts are completed – eg what minutes and certificates are required to be completed and under what circumstances to meet the requirements of the Companies and Trusts Acts.

This will include:

  • Companies: Resolutions, certificates, interest register – what needs recording and when;
  • Reporting windows for filing accounts, opting out of reporting or auditing requirement;
  • Trusts Act information requirements; and
  • IRD trust disclosure requirements.

This session will be relevant to those with company or trust secretarial functions or involved in preparation or oversight of the annual financial statements and annual income tax return (IR 6).
