Description

Institutional use cases

Invented as a peer-to-peer system for online payments, since its inception in 2008, Bitcoin (one type of digital currency) has grown into a technology, a currency, an investment vehicle, and a global community of users.

This series of three webinars we will discuss what Bitcoin and Blockchain technologies are, how they work, their possible disruption to existing systems, potential applications, the level of adoptions and global regulatory issues.

In this third webinar, we will discuss the application of Bitcoin and Blockchain globally. Providing an overview of the current state of adoption of these technologies by institutions the webinar will include a detailed review of several case studies across the globe with a focus on the financial services sector, with case studies from Wall Street and banks.

Aimed at an advanced level a solid understanding of Bitcoin and Blockchain technology is required.

The webinar is relevant to CIO, CTO, CMO, IT and Business Managers and Advisors.
