Mandating Vaccinations for Employees – Legal Developments 2022 - 8 February 2022 (On Demand)

The law around mandating vaccinations for employees is continually evolving.

Vaccination mandates have broadened and legislation has been implemented to clarify the processes associated with termination of employment in the event that an employer requires individuals in particular roles to be vaccinated.

Employers now also have a choice of assessment tools to determine whether they can justify mandating vaccinations for particular roles.

This webinar will provide further insight into the extent to which businesses can mandate vaccinations, both across the workplace and for their customers and/or suppliers.

It will inform attendees about the most recent developments in this area of the law to assist employers in ensuring they are able to legally justify the decisions they are making.

8 February 2022

Attendees will learn about:

  • The COVID-19 Response (Vaccinations) Legislation Act 2021 and updates to public health orders
  • Case law developments
  • The vaccination assessment tool and the vaccination requirements under the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light system)

This webinar is targeted at professionals at all levels who advise clients or their own employers/businesses on employment relationships and their issues.
