This session will include some theory on uncertainty, and then explore approaches on dealing with dynamic environments when forecasting. If you are dealing with planning for rapidly changing conditions, we’ll remind you about the tools that can be helpful in these circumstances.

The presentation will include:

• Uncertainty theory (in simple terms, with examples)
• Budgeting and forecasting approaches
• Sensitivity analysis
• Brief overview of software tools

The webinar is at an introductory level.

The learnings are applicable to both small and large firms, and any industry.
