This will include:

  • Companies: Resolutions, certificates, interest register – what needs recording and when;
  • Reporting windows for filing accounts, opting out of reporting or auditing requirement; and
  • New Trusts Act and information requirements

This session applies to those with company secretarial functions or support the submission of annual accounts.
