The environmental impact of farming is a key issue facing all farmers. The recent past as seen a significant increase in the regulatory obligations for all types of farming, whether it be water use, fertilizer, nitrogen run-off, fencing waterways, winter crops, or wintering livestock.

In this webinar we will be working through the application of the Income Tax Act to different types of environmental expenditure.

Specifically, we will be covering the following topics:
