Required terms, recommended terms and terms for a Covid-19 environment
The law requires that all employees have a written employment agreement, but what should go in such a document, and why?
The employment agreement is the foundation document for the employment relationship. A well drafted employment agreement should assist both parties to understand what they can and can’t do. This webinar will be a practical look at the key issues parties to an employment relationship, and their advisors, need to know, particularly in the context of an evolving Covid-19 environment.
The webinar will cover:
26 October 2021
Attendees will learn the key points about what must and what should be included in an employment agreement and in other employment documentation.
This webinar is targeted at professionals who either advise clients on employment relationships and their issues or those who have HR responsibilities within their organisations.
