A practical guide to drafting and advising clients on agreements under Part 6 of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976, and on dividing relationship property on separation.

The webinar is for practitioners who are new to the area of relationship property law. It will cover relationship property agreements and practical guidance for advising clients on separations. The focus will be on reaching agreement and settling the division of relationship property rather than on litigation. Topics covered will include:

They will also learn about the benefits of settling relationship property disputes by agreement and how to work with clients to reach agreement.
