Since 2018, reinstatement has once again been the primary remedy for an employment relationship dispute.
This has come into sharp focus with recent judicial decisions such as Humphrey v Canterbury District Health Board (Employment Court) and Sinnott v Minter Ellison Rudd Watt (Employment Relations Authority).
