The lockdown saw a surge in released judgments. This webinar provides a catch up on cases relevant to practitioners advising settlors, trustees and beneficiaries as well as commercial practitioners who have an interest in trust-oriented remedies

  • Addleman v Lambie, an update on the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal decisions regarding disclosure of trust information and legal advice provided to trustees
  • Carson v Lane, a Family Protection Act claim that critically assess a percentage-based approach versus a dollar value on a will-maker’s moral duty with respect to disinherited children
