The assessment of economic disparity claims under Section 15 of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 has raised contentious issues for some time. Whilst the Supreme Court case of Scott v Williams has provided some guidance, there remains significant areas of debate.

The purpose of this webinar is to offer practical guidance in dealing with economic disparity claims. This session will look, in particular, at how to analyse a party’s entitlement to economic disparity and where the areas of the discretion lie.
