Do you know that around a quarter of New Zealand’s workforce are aged 55 or over? The proportion of the workforce in New Zealand aged 65 and over is expected to increase to around 13% within the next 20 years.
This exceptionally high level of mature aged workers in our workforce, presents both opportunities and challenges for organisations of all sizes.
