This exceptionally high level of mature aged workers in our workforce, presents both opportunities and challenges for organisations of all sizes.

If we don’t retain or make the most of our ageing workforce, we will face a decreased labour supply and a skill shortage in more than 150 professions, including engineering, hospitality, education, and health care.
