This webinar provides a practical guide to restraints of trade clauses in employment and commercial contracts, including non-solicitation and non-compete clauses.

It is a useful session for small to medium business owners/managers to think about what business interests you may be able to protect in your employment contracts, and also to consider in the sale and purchase of a business, including in franchise agreements.

The webinar will look at recent examples of what the Courts consider to be reasonable when it comes to enforceability of restraints.
