A practical session suitable for property and commercial practitioners at any level reviewing common issues arising from the REINZ/ADLS Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate including frequently disputed clauses and practical drafting suggestions.

Practical tips will be provided and supported by current case law and decisions of the ADLSI Property Disputes Committee.

The aim of the session will be to provide assistance with drafting of agreements and resolving issues which arise from them.
