Tax changes for intermediaries - 10 December 2018 (On Demand)


This webinar will give bookkeepers further detail on the next round of improvements in Inland Revenue’s transformation.

In April 2019, Inland Revenue will implement the next phase of changes designed to make tax easier and more certain. These changes focus on individuals’ income tax, and will also build on changes already introduced.

This webinar will provide an overview of the following changes:

  • simplifying income tax for individuals* 
  • myIR changes 
  • payday filing 
  • changes to investment income filing, and 
  • other changes to Tax Administration Act.* 

In addition to giving an overview of the changes, this webinar will give specific information to bookkeepers on a change that will see them offered new functions and services – effectively allowing them to manage clients online in the same way as tax agents.*

All bookkeepers are encouraged to attend.
