The first section of this webinar is designed to help you recognize the risks, the signs and symptoms to better protect yourself against future complaints. The second dovetails into the first and looks at the games clients play and how best to respond.
You will learn to understand the risks, signs, symptoms of a potential litigious litigant, how to protect yourself and how best to respond to them.
You will be introduced to some of the games clients play and again will learn how best to manage yourself and protect yourself from party regret and anger.
