Greg James

Greg James, Crowe Horwath

Greg James heads up Crowe Horwath New Zealand’s Mergers and Acquisitions division. Based on experience and deal size, Greg is one of New Zealand’s most experienced mergers and acquisitions professionals.

Before joining Crowe Horwath in 2012, Greg was based in Hong Kong for six years and helped to lead the Transaction Services division for a leading international accounting firm. In this role Greg specialised in all areas of mergers and acquisitions in a number of countries across Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States. Prior to this role Greg has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions in New Zealand. Greg has been involved in the buy and sell side of transactions, varying in value from $2m through to over $20b.

Marnus Beylefeld

Marnus Beylefeld, Crowe Horwath

Marnus Beylefeld is an Associate Principal in Crowe Horwath’s Corporate Finance division where he assists clients with litigation support, valuation services and transaction advisory services.He is tasked with performing listed and un-listed equity valuations, valuations of intangible assets, economic assessments and feasibility studies. He is frequently engaged to conduct buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments. Marnus frequently presents on matters of valuation to external audiences.

Kerryn Douglas

Kerryn Douglas, Crowe Horwath

Kerryn has 10 years’ experience working in a Payroll and Human resources role. Kerryn is currently employed in the Crowe Horwath payroll team, and responsible for processing payrolls nationwide. The team at Crowe Horwath process pays for approximately 350 clients, and they deal with all the variations presented by this large range of payrolls. Everything from small farming clients to large corporate clients are processed by this team.

She has had exposure to 17 different collective agreements and many individual employment agreements, which has given her an in depth knowledge of the individual uniqueness of payroll processing and knows what makes an efficient payroll operator.
