Employment Agreements 2017 (On Demand)

What should go in them, what shouldn’t, and why?

The law requires that all employees have a written employment agreement, but what should go in such a document, and why?
Within the employment relationship, an employment agreement helps both the employee and employer know what is expected from them and what they’re entitled to. With a well written agreement, misunderstandings are less likely to happen and if problems do arise then the employee and employer can go to the employment agreement to clarify things.
This webinar will be a practical look at the key issues parties to an employment relationship, and their advisors, need to know.
The webinar will cover:

  • Key terms; what should and what must be included in an employment agreement
  • Changes and variations to employment agreements and what to do when these are required
  • Rules, policies and procedures and how these fit alongside employment agreements.

Attendees will learn the key points about what must and what should be included in an employment agreement and in other employment documentation.

This webinar is targeted at professionals who either advise clients on employment relationships and their issues or those who have HR responsibilities within their organisations.
